It is ironic in that if Secretary Clinton had to fill out an application to the Foreign Service, the department she oversees as Secretary of State, she would be refused admittance on the basis of her age. One must be under 60 to apply and all applications are done on line. Secretary Clinton is a wonderful example of energy, smarts and endurance. There are many women aged 60+ who have the same dedication, vigor and talent and should not be excluded because of an age requirement.
