Story
My issue is the fraudulent Democratic primary nominating process propagated by the DNC as led by Howard Dean and Donna Brazile, as enabled by the Rules and Bylaws Committee, and as furthered by Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, Bill Richardson, John Edwards and a host of other backstabbing liberals. The party of FDR has been hijacked by its far-left wing, which is financed by George Soros and promoted by media organizations such MoveOn.org, Daily Koz, The Huffington Post, Politico, MyDD, etc., as well as the Hollywood elite.
The bottom line is that the Democrat party no longer represents the people it portends to serve, yet it is willing to coerce those people into supporting it via donations and with their votes. The problem with all of this: in a word, fraud. Since there was a predetermined result and a selected candidate during the 2008 primary, all the monies collected from voters who thought they were participating in an open and fair election must be returned. This includes monies to the DNC as well as monies to all candidates. Why? Because the DNC and the Democrat party breached an agreement with voters who believed they could have an effect on the outcome of the primary and that their participation mattered. Financial restitution in the form of compensatory and punitive damages is in order. Additionally and as further restitution, the DNC and the Party must reimburse all nonselected candidates who participated in the race in the belief that they had a fair and equal chance of being nominated under the Party rules.

There most certainly was a "fix" Donna Brazile stated all the way back in 2004 that she would make him the democrats nominee this cycle. Then there are the rampant reports early on from every single caucus state, video taped and then reported by the Clinton campaign lawyers. The party turned a blind eye. They already knew they would gain Soros money and that's precisely why they sat silent for the media misogyny which was nothing short of a blood bath all the while Obama got a "he walks on water" free campaign commercial. This was unprecedented. The D.N.C. most certainly would have come out against racism in the media well before it got to that degree, indeed no body would have tried it but, with the SOROS/Harpo production control of the MSM we didn't get the news unvarnished at all. Then we have Nancy Pelosi asking "Sexism? Was there sexism? I didn't see it!" Then Howard Dean sheepishly saying AFTER the primaries were over that he "just" learned of it and giving a half hearted b.s. remark on it. The caucus and voter fraud is now documented fully in Dr. Lynette Long's papers and two documemtaries are coming out that will show fully what happened as well as the strong arming of Hillary's delegates, threats that were made of lost jobs and worse AT the convention. The real vote taken behind closed doors was too close for Pelosi's comfort. This is all coming out. Some of us saw it happen on the ground at caucus states and already knew ACORN and bogus voters were involved. Now the whole world will know. This was a brokered STOLEN election process. I will never trust the D.N.C. until these leaders are gone and I certainly cannot trust Obama after this. Too bad but, No Deal...not until the truth comes out fully and someone is held accountable. -

Some of us are just ill about what happened during the primary and how Hillary and her supporters were treated and continue to be treated. I think we have a cause of action for intentional infliction of emotional distress against the DNC and the Obama campaign, as well. Some of the thug tactics the latter has used such as voter suppression and suppression of dissent are unbelievable. I hope the MSM covers the attempts to sabotage blogs, take down websites, hack email accounts (beside Gov. Palin's), and have critics arrested in Missouri. (I am so glad Gov. Matt Blunt called BHO out on that one recently at least.) -

I agree that regardless of how "fix" is defined, the manipulation of the DNC's Rules and Bylaws in a way that favored one candidate over another is a breach of an agreement between the Party and all those who participated in the Primary. Voters naturally anticipated a process that was in accord with the Party's own election policies and guidelines and which would have led to an unfettered result. Instead there was an active recasting of the results throughout each stage of the process. The caucus fraud as documented in the film, "We Shall Not be Silenced," the manipulation of Florida and Michigan's delegations, the timing preference of certain States over others in the election calendar, the ill-timed endorsements of one candidate by Party bigwigs, and the fake roll call vote in Denver all go to a manipulation of the Democrat primary that was non neutral in its result. When a private corporation manipulates or defers from its own written rules and/or handbook, resulting in a breach of an agreed understanding with an employee that is harmful to them (usually financially), that corporation is deemed by our court system to be in breach of contract. This is true regardless of whether there was a separate writing and/or contract with the individual employee making the claim. Many people believe that there always has to be a written agreement between individual parties for a contract to exist. This is not the case. There are many other ways in which a contract can exist, including oral contracts or contracts based on rules, bylaws, handbooks, etc. As long as there is a meeting of the minds, as well as consideration such an exchange of some kind (often in the form of money: here, contributions in exchange for the organizing of the Primary and a right to fairly participate), as well as some kind of time frame - a legal contract may exist. When a contract exists, there are legal ramifications around the expectation of fairness, which often end up being adjudicated in a court of law. Outright fraud, on the other hand, also kills a contract, and often leads to the party in compliance recovering its damages, whether monetary or otherwise. Since the Democratic primary was manipulated in a way that produced a result that was biased against most candidates in favor of one candidate, all those who contributed money to the DNC, the Party or the candidates were defrauded, or swindled if you will. And some of the candidates were arguably defrauded as well. George W. Bush throughout his Presidency has contended with an aura of illegitimacy which has likely hampered his reign and goodwill in a way that only history can bring to light. Likewise, a Barack Obama Presidency would suffer the perpetual malignment of illegitimacy. -

I was and am a supporter of Hillary Clinton. She seemed to have the nomination well in hand, and it seemed as though Obama just came out of left field and hijacked it. But after talking to friends in the black community, I know differently. He had been on their radar since Harvard. He had been working hard, although under the radar, for at least two years before the primary season heated up. He spoke to us in Virginia at our annual JJ Dinner two years ago, and the buzz was just beginning. But there he was in Virginia, already working hard. This was no fluke, and there was no fix. -

In addition to third party candidates, there are many groups which have broken away from the faux Democrats and are doing great work such as DNC Reform, Principles Before Party, Together 4 Us, Clinton Democrats and PUMA.
